Cancellations and No-Shows. We understand that circumstances change, but late cancellations and missed appointments affect our ability to serve other patients. We ask that you provide advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Apex Hormone Health reserves the right to apply a cancellation or no-show fee for appointments that are canceled with insufficient notice or missed without notice. Any applicable fees will be communicated to you at the time of booking or in your patient agreement.
