I am so happy that I found Apex! Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about hormone therapy and makes me feel very comfortable with any choices I make. I first shopped around and went on a few consultations but couldn’t be more happy I decided on Apex! Jennifer is absolutely amazing, passionate about her work, kind , very informative & knowledgeable. Since I began treatment it has been a few months and I feel like a new woman. I never leave reviews like this but this is justified. I spoke with Jennifer over the course of a month. We had very complex discussions about starting treatment. I decided to try to start with Apex only for her to cancel on me, ignore me and be completely non-responsive. I went and cancelled all of my other clinics and treatments to start with her and she kicked me to the curb. Do not waste your time and effort like I did.
